Shipping Policy

All our products are shipped from Spain, to our warehouses located in the Paterna Technology Park.

Once your order is placed, it will take 24 hours to process and then be shipped. Our shipments are express, so delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours, except in extraordinary circumstances such as COVID-19, when delivery may be delayed by two to three days at most.

Once we ship your order, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can track it at all times.

We operate Monday through Friday, so no shipments will be made on weekends or holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. We apologize for any inconvenience.
